Operationalizing Values Engage in a process to produce observable and measurable behaviors that support personal and college values, build engagement, and support positive culture. Explore the alignment between values, vision, and goals. Define priorities and move to action.

Prior to attending this workshop, students must complete pre-session requirements: 

  1. Identify or revisit your Core Values
    If you have not recently participated in Values Mining or if you want to revisit your values -Please identify 2 or 3 Core Values - you may select one from the following exercises or other core values identification process:
  2. Reflect and Respond
    Once you have identified 2 or 3 primary core values - answers the following questions about each of yoru core values:
    • What is an example of when you fully lived into these values at work or in your personal life? What did you feel? 
    • What was a time when something occured at work or at home that was in conflict with one or more of your values? What were you feeling?
