Pacific Rim Fusion | Learn the popular cuisine that marries Asian, American and Latin flavors in easy-to-prepare dishes. $85+ includes $40 fee. Note: Students must wear closed-toe shoes and long pants.

Learner Outcomes

Identify ingredients used in Pacific Rim fusion cuisine; Recognize the importance of mise en place, getting ingredients together; Demonstrate the safe usage of professional kitchen hand tools and utensils; Demonstrate proper kitchen safety and sanitation procedures; Apply proper technique for preparing and cooking the recipes; Demonstrate proper understanding of appropriate cooking methods; Critique the recipes you prepared in class.
