Course Description

Professional Cake Decorating | Explore cake production and decorating techniques, including mixing methods. Focus on the preparation of quality baked cakes, wedding cakes, special occasion cakes, butter creams and various decoration techniques. $970 includes $370 fee. Note: Designed for students pursuing career training in professional kitchen skills. Prerequisites or co-requisite: HCT-333 Certification in Sanitation Required Course. HCAT Uniform and add-on pastry kit available at AACC Bookstore.
