Course Description

Notable Court Decisions: Powers of the Three Branches of Government | Controversy over power allocation among the governments three branches dominates current events. Assess separation of powers decisions, extract governing principles and review the viewpoint spectrum to analyze how courts have and should use their authority. $33 includes $32 fee. Note: Requires membership in Peer Learning Partnership (PLP). Biannual membership is $30.
