CAW-513: Perfect Doughnuts at Home | Yeast or cake, glazed or plain: doughnuts are delicious in any form. Observe chef cooking demonstrations. Learn to make yeast risen and cake doughnut dough. Create amazing classic flavors and textures. $35+ includes $10 fee.

Learner Outcomes

Identify ingredients used to make doughnuts; Recognize the importance of mise en place, getting ingredients together; Observe the safe usage of professional kitchen hand tools and utensils Observe various cooking techniques; Discuss demo recipes in the online canvas course; Apply proper technique for preparing and cooking the recipes at home.
