Course Description
Young Coders | Explore block coding, JavaScript and Python concepts while making your own playable minigames. Students will work in pairs or teams for most of the program. $236 + includes $173 fee. Note: Student-created games will be available on a password-protected Black Rocket website to share with friends and family. Note: This is a Kids in College course. Learn to create sprite art and animations; Develop skills to program character and object movements; Create collision events and reactions; Learn how to create and use variables for tracking status and scores; Develop teamwork and cooperation skills.Notices
If your child cannot attend a course or camp, a course drop form must be completed, submitted and received by the college no later than seven calendar days prior to the course or camp start date in order for a refund to be issued. Completed course drop forms can be submitted by fax (410-777-4325), mail, online through the noncredit registration site or in-person at one of our registration sites.
