Art Icons: Women Who Changed the Canvas | Discover the powerful stories and creativity of women who changed the art world! Learn about female artists and explore the unique ways they expressed themselves through painting, printmaking, sculpture and drawing. Celebrate the impact of women in art while developing your own artistic voice. Note: Art show on last day. $205+ includes $37 fee. Note: This is a Kids in College course. Learn about and identify 10 female artists; Explore a variety of art mediums inspired by these artists styles; Experiment creatively to develop their own interpretations of different artistic techniques; Create at least five original artworks inspired by the featured female artists; Reflect on how women artists have influenced the world of visual art.Notices
If your child cannot attend a course or camp, a course drop form must be completed, submitted and received by the college no later than seven calendar days prior to the course or camp start date in order for a refund to be issued.
