Course Description

Pillars of Fitness and Strength | Build strength and fitness at any age! Learn to be stronger and achieve greater fitness for the things you enjoy in life by incorporating simple movement practices into your daily and weekly routines. $23 includes $22 fee. Note: Not an exercise class. Requires membership in Peer Learning Partnership (PLP).

Learner Outcomes

Explain how to increase strength and improve mobility; Discuss strategies to incorporate movement practices throughout the day; Identify and choose basic movement patterns that enhance mobility and well-being.
