Course Description

Participants develop an instructor's toolkit (i.e., portfolio) to demonstrate an understanding of and to showcase activities. Participants design and implement an outcomes assessment project and will present findings to cohort. Participants secure approval on a written professional development plan that demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and development and present the PD plan to cohort. Note: This workshop is only open to new AACC full-time faculty and instructional specialists participating in the Learning College program.
