Course Description

Define burnout and identify how it can impact our ability to connect with our communities and engage in active bystander behaviors to prevent violence.  Identify signs and symptoms of burnout. Understand the impact of staff & faculty burnout on our community. Define the core concepts of violence prevention. Develop strategies to treat and prevent burnout and how to serve as an active bystander and prevent violence.
