Course Description

During the second year, cohort members continue to develop key professional competencies in academic leadership, build credibility in moving from colleague to leader, enhance leadership skills in the areas of communication, team building, change management and work/life balance; complete their leadership projects and present their results to cohort members and AACC leadership and expand their personal network of colleagues, mentors, and coaches.
