Course Description

Stop the Bleed and Hands-Only CPR This workshop is designed to help non-medically trained people recognize life-threatening bleeding and then provide helpful interventions before emergency responders arrive. Participants learn to stop major bleeding in three simple ways as well as learn how to preform hands-only CPR. Each participant will receive a tourniquet to add to their personal first aid kits.
