Mental Health First Aid The workshop examines mental illness and substance abuse disorders as well as their risk factors and warning signs. Learn a five-step action plan. Learn how to help an individual experiencing mental health issues connect with appropriate resources. Upon successful completion, earn a Mental Health First Aid Certificate from Mental Health First Aid USA.
