Explore the historical, social, and legal frameworks that shape neurodivergent experiences in education and the workplace. Emphasize why neurodiversity matters, discussing its impact on equity, innovation, and inclusive practices. Examine how intersectionality factors such as race, gender, and socioeconomic status affects access to diagnosis, accommodations, and advocacy. By understanding the importance of neurodiversity, participants are better equipped to support and empower neurodivergent individuals in diverse settings.
