DEIAA for EPC: A Practical Guide for Faculty and Staff | This workshop provides faculty and staff with practical strategies for integrating Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Antiracism, and Accessibility (DEIAA) principles into curriculum proposals reviewed by the Educational Policies and Curriculum committee. Learn the roles of Faculty Resource Members (FRMs), how to write diversity narratives for courses and programs, and how to map diversity designations in general education courses. Grounded in Banks Four Pillars of Multicultural Education, Representation, Knowledge Production, Prejudice Reduction, and Equity Pedagogy, this session emphasizes reflective practice and actionable steps to advance institutional goals for inclusive excellence.
