Embrace the Stall: Thriving in Dissertation Writing | This workshop, led by an experienced doctoral chair, draws on their own doctoral research and journey to offer practical tips for success and perseverance in the dissertation process. Gain academic strategies for dissertation completion- both logistical guidance and insights through real-world examples. Presenter combines their expertise with a personal touch of warmth and humor, sharing her doctoral highs (slam dunks) and challenges (fouls) to make the process relatable and inspiring. Describe the stages of a doctoral journey, including common successes (slam dunks) and challenges (fouls). Examine practical strategies for success and perseverance in the dissertation process.
