Course Description

Move beyond theory and actively apply student-centered strategies that support engagement, belonging, and success. Building on prior learning, explore what it means to play in possibility by reimagining their roles, practices, and interactions with students through a lens of curiosity, creativity, and growth. Through hands-on activities and real-world scenarios, explore tools and approaches that help remove barriers, empower students, and create more responsive and inclusive learning environments. Explore student-centered tools and strategies that promote engagement, belonging, and success. Apply practical approaches to reimagine teaching, support practices, and interactions with students. Design actionable steps to create more inclusive, responsive environments that remove barriers and expand possibilities for student success. Grounded in AACCs commitment to innovation, opportunity, and student success, this workshop encourages participants to take actionable steps toward transforming their daily practices in ways that center students and open up new possibilities for teaching, learning, and connection.
