LITE the FIRE! - Sparking Student Success | LITE the FIRE is a collaborative workshop centered on sharing practical engagement strategies that help remove barriers and better support student success. Identify approaches that can be added to the FIRE repository as a resource for faculty and staff across campus. Discuss how small, intentional changes in practice can lead to stronger connections with students and more inclusive learning experiences. Explore how the ideas generated in the workshop could grow into future projects through a LITE mini-grant.
