Course Description

Please join us for campus engagement experience featuring Belonging, Academic Success, and Community (BAC) students. Examine how students explored how their identities, experiences, communities, values, and aspirations shape who they are and how they navigate higher education. Throughout the unit, students will engage with readings and conversations about identity and belonging while considering an important question: Who am I, and how does who I am shape the way I experience college? Students will share visual identity projects that offer a glimpse into who they are beyond simply being college students. Their displays will highlight the experiences and communities that have shaped them, the strengths and perspectives they bring to higher education, and the people they hope to become.
