Coaching instructors are invited explore the impact they want to make individually and collectively within the coaching community. Craft personal and shared impact statements and identify executive functioning strengths and growth areas to help them intentionally leverage their strengths and increase their impact. Develop a shared impact statement that reflects the collective impact of the coaching instructor community. Identify their executive functioning strengths and growth areas.
