Mastering Hand Rolled Pasta at Home | Learn to make pasta in the comfort of your own home with this online class. Watch the Hotel, Culinary Arts and Tourism Chef demonstrate pasta making techniques by mixing, kneading and shaping pasta dough into different shapes. $35+ includes $10 fee. Note: Recipe packet will include  instructions and recipes. Students can ask questions and post their successes for the full duration of the term in the online classroom.
