Course Description

ServSafe Alcohol® Training and Certification | Examine alcohol laws and responsibilities for managers and employees. Review safe practices for serving alcohol and identify how to deal with difficult situations. Students passing the exam will receive the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation ServSafe Alcohol® Advanced certification. CEUs issued. $109 includes $31 fee. Note: ServSafe Alcohol Proctored Exam code will be provided.

Learner Outcomes

Discuss alcohol laws and associated responsibilities; Evaluate intoxication levels of patrons; Identify how to properly check identification and recognize legitimate forms of identification; Identify problem customers and apply effective alcohol awareness techniques; Test for and satisfactorily complete a nationally recognized alcohol awareness exam.
