Course Description

Getting Started with Microsoft Excel | Explore the basic features of Microsoft Excel. Use values and formulas, save workbooks in various formats, and print. Practice moving and copying data and working with rows and columns. Note: This class is for beginners. Senior Cycle fee class. Students must be 55 years or older by start date in order to enroll in this class.

Learner Outcomes

Identify the components of the Excel interface and five core features that exist in all versions of Excel; Create and edit basic Microsoft Office Excel worksheets and workbooks; Demonstrate basic list management tasks; Generate and edit formulas; Format, modify and print three or more charts based on worksheet data.
