Course Description

Social Dance: Cha-Cha | Develop the basic steps and footwork pattern of the cha-cha. Practice proper technique, including foot alignment, hip sway action and timing to the beat of the music. $98+ includes $10 fee. Note: Wear comfortable, thin-sole, leather-bottom shoes. No sandals or flip-flops.

Learner Outcomes

Develop basic cha-cha steps and proper foot alignment. Demonstrate proper hip sway action. Apply technique with footwork, adding hip sway action. Perform proper cha-cha dance steps and hip action including timing to the beat of the music. Apply all dance skills learned and continue practicing with a partner to achieve proper technique and flow.
