Foundations of Floral Design | Discuss the tools, vocabulary and techniques required to create basic floral design. Practice the elements and principles of design as you create beautiful floral arrangements. $432+ includes $185 fee. Note: If you cannot attend, a course drop form must be completed, submitted and received by the college no later than seven calendar days prior to the course start date in order for a refund to be issued.
