Garden Design: The Arts and Crafts Movement | Examine the prominent architects and landscape designers of the Arts and Crafts movement. Discuss the Ladew Topiary Gardens and its 15 garden rooms as they relate to the Arts and Crafts movement. $108 includes $53 fee.

Examine the evolution of landscape design as a separate entity from the study of architecture in the late 19th century; Identify prominent architects and landscape designers for the arts and crafts movement in Great Britain and the United States; Recognize the characteristics of an arts and crafts garden, the plants and components of the design, and how it applies to gardens of today; Determine how the Ladew Topiary Gardens represent the arts and crafts movement in landscape design; Identify other arts and crafts gardens including Dumbarton Oaks in Washington, DC.
