Online | Aerobics and Strength | This upbeat cardio class warms the muscles and gets blood flowing. We then stretch to elongate muscles, ligaments, tendons, and spine, focusing on correct posture by lifting from the sternum and crown of the head. Maintaining good posture helps with balance and fall prevention. Light hand weights and chair routines strengthen the upper and lower body. Each workout is unique and set to great music! | Note: Attendance in online class sessions Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12-1 p.m. is mandatory for section 202.
