Exploring Planets | Examine past, current and future exploration of bodies in our solar system and those around other stars (exoplanets). Discover what is known about their origin, evolution and current environmental conditions. $33 includes $32 fee.

Learner Outcomes

Examine the basic characteristics of the many and diverse objects that make up our solar system; Explore the possibility of life elsewhere in our solar system; Discuss the evolution of the exploration of the solar system and examine current and near-term future capabilities for both robotic and human exploration; Discuss the diversity of the systems of planets around other stars and possibilities for habitable, Earth-like planets elsewhere in our galaxy.
