Course Description

Mexican Medley Discover the secrets of cooking authentic Mexican food. Experience the nuances of traditional Mexican ingredients, flavors and cooking methods. Prepare all the elements of a traditional meal. $76+ includes $34 fee. Note: Students are required to wear closed-toe shoes and long pants.
