Course Description

Apple Spotlight: iPhone Photos | Practice using the basics of your iPhone camera settings to create the best photo or video possible from your device. Discover enhancements you can create for all images, and in what manner the iPhone categorizes your photos. Discuss best practices to safely share photos across platforms such as social media, iPhone apps, messages and email. Note: Senior Cycle fee class. Students must be 55 years or older by start date in order to enroll in this class.

Learner Outcomes

Identify three setting options and define the function of each on an iPhone camera; Experiment enhancing photo content from your photo application using three types of photo settings; Execute organizing and labeling photos by categories, date, time, place, person, or an item; List four ways to troubleshoot the iPhone camera and photo applications and explain how to check for app and system updates for iOS software; Discuss best practices to safely share photos across platforms by means of social media, iPhone apps, messages, and email.
