Course Description

Estimating and Bidding 2 Examine hands-on estimating and quantity take-off activities associated with metals, wood doors, windows, finishes, electrical and mechanical estimating. CEUs issued. $584 includes $475 fee. Note: Online course.  Offered in partnership with Construction Experts, Inc.

Learner Outcomes

Estimate the conceptual cost of structural metals; Prepare quantity take off and estimate of rough carpentry, waterproofing and roofing; Use unit prices to price doors and windows; Prepare quantity take off and estimate various finishes; Prepare quantity take off and conceptual estimate of mechanical and electrical systems.
