Significant Federal Laws Throughout the History of the USA | Review laws enacted throughout U.S. history that have had, and continue to have, significant and ongoing impacts on our culture and presently accepted legal structure. $33 includes $32 fee. Note: Requires membership in Peer Learning Partnership (PLP). Biannual membership is $30.

Learner Outcomes

Identify U.S. laws that have had a lasting cultural, economic, and political impact on our country; Discuss ways in which those laws have meaningfully contributed to the evolution of our nation; Evaluate the effect on the current legal structure of statutes enacted in previous periods; Assess the cultural impact of laws on American society.
