Course Description
Notary Public Procedures and Training | Learn how to become a notary public in Maryland. Explore procedures, functions, moral and legal responsibilities, and prohibited practices. Discuss the legal implications of notarial acts. CEUs issued. $101 includes $19 fee. Note: Students must be 18 or older. Satisfies the Maryland requirement to renew a notary commission or to receive the certificate necessary for the application to become a notary. Students must attend the entire course and pass the class exam.Learner Outcomes
