Touchstones Discussions: Volumes B and C | Read brief extracts from the great works of Western and Eastern civilizations, as well as folktales from China and Mexico, and discuss the ideas of philosophers, writers and thinkers such as Plato, Francis Bacon, Herodotus, and Alexis de Tocqueville, James Madison and Thomas Jefferson.
