Designed to fast-track jobseekers in cybersecurity roles the Cyber Workforce Accelerator’s Workforce Development Program features BCR Cyber’s SOC Operations Analyst I (SOCOA I) Training & Certification. This program is delivered with no cost to participants and prepares you for entry-level Security Operations Center roles, providing technical cybersecurity knowledge, including threat analysis, security operations, enterprise security and hands-on incident response.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be enrolled at Anne Arundel Community College. Apply to AACC!
  • Must have or be seeking an Associate’s Degree in IT/Cybersecurity (minimum of 30 credits completed) OR have two of the following certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA Security+
  • Must be looking for employment in IT/Cybersecurity
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must be domiciled in Maryland
  • Must have no criminal convictions
  • Must be 18 years old or older or 17 turning 18 within six months of the program start
