Course Description

Stories That Connect Us | Explore stories and experiences through which we can discover and uncover our shared humanity. Use established practices that help unlock memories and creative methodologies to curate them into retellable stories. Share stories and actively listen to others experiences. | Note: Senior Cycle fee class. Students must be 55 or older by start date.

Learner Outcomes

Examine storytelling and its role in fostering connection within society.  Explore various tools and techniques for capturing stories. Listen to and reflect upon the experiences of others. Articulate one or more stories from different stages of students lived experiences. Reflect on and share future hopes informed by the past.
