Course Description

Explore the expressive, fluid world of watercolor painting in this hands-on introductory course. Become acquainted with essential supplies, learn foundational techniques and build practical skills through guided practice. No prior art experience required; all skill levels welcome. $142+ includes $25 fee. Note: Supply list will be provided during the first session.

Learner Outcomes

Select and use appropriate watercolor supplies and tools. Apply core techniques including wet-on-wet, wet-on-dry, glazing, and dry brush. Discover how to control edges through lifting and softening. Preserve and recreate whites using multiple methods. Combine techniques to create beautiful watercolor paintings.
