Triad Journaling: A Simple Practice for Daily Reflection | Discover the Triad format of journaling that is designed to support self-reflection, emotional awareness and personal growth. Each class session will include discussion, time to write/draw triad with sessions topic, and ends with individual participant presenting their Triad. No prior journaling or writing experience is required. Note: Senior Cycle fee class. Students must be 55 years or older by start date in order to enroll in this class.Learner Outcomes
Define triad journaling and explain its three-part structure. Identify and describe emotions connected to daily experiences using concise written reflection. Compose structured triad journal entries using guided prompts. Apply triad journaling techniques to support stress management, mindfulness, or personal growth.
