Core Stability Techniques 2 | Improve the function of deep trunk muscles for correct alignment of the spine and other stabilization techniques through skills and concepts used in Pilates. Note: Senior Cycle fee class. Students must be 55 or older by start date to enroll.Learner Outcomes
