Course Description
Painting 1 | Study the context, history, materials and techniques of oil painting. Explore light and shadow while using a limited palette to paint still lifes. Develop an understanding of color harmony while creating complex paintings with a full palette. $427 includes $55 fee. Prerequisite: ARS-388 or ART-125 Drawing 1 or permission of department chair.
