Course Description

Mastering Pan Sauces at Home | Learn to make pan sauces at home. Watch the Hotel, Culinary Arts and Tourism chef demonstrate how professional chefs use pan sauces. Ask the chef questions and post successes in the online classroom. $35+ includes $10 fee. Note: Students receive instructions and recipes.
