Course Description

Food Systems Clinical | Examine the size and scope of the food service industry. Review the basic principles of management. CEUs issued. $60 includes $25 fee. Note: Meets the 50-hour requirement for the sanitation/food systems management clinical portion of the Dietary Management Certification.
