Course Description

Nutrition Clinical | Compare nutritional intake of unrelated groups. Recognize cultural, religious and regional influences on food choices. CEUs issued. $60 includes $25 fee. Note: Meets the 50-hour requirement for the nutrition/sanitation clinical portion of the Dietary Management Certification. To register, you must have prior approval from the program coordinator.
