Leadership and Game Protection | Gain instruction on preparing current employees with a dealer license to advance to floor supervisor. Note: One in a series of courses designed for Table Games Dealing and Registered Apprenticeship program participants.Learner Outcomes
Describe at least five effective supervisory team leadership skills and competencies and identify and describe characteristics of a high functioning team; Apply active listening skills in simulated supervisory scenarios involving team members and customers; Develop a personal leadership development plan based on self, peer and instructor assessments, and identify and describe managerial tasks and processes associated with game floor supervisor position; Demonstrate ability to analyze customer's play in order to intervene according to casino protocol when suspicious variations of play are observed; Apply appropriate problem-solving skills and decision-making skills to table game play scenarios that require supervisory intervention.Loading...
