Course Description

Music and Arts | Visit different periods and places throughout history through music and the arts. Each term has a different topic. Note: Senior Cycle fee class. Students must be 55 years or older by start date in order to enroll in this class.

Learner Outcomes

Describe selected compositions and paintings created by musicians and artists throughout history; Discuss and compare the styles of influential painters and musicians; Demonstrate an understanding of the cultural contributions of musicians and artists; Discuss the future of art and music in an age controlled by technology.
