Course Description

iPad: Intermediate | Examine the advanced functions of the iPad using the latest iOS software. Explore safety, personalization, and key applications. Prerequisites: CPT-975 iPad Basics. Note: Senior Cycle fee class. Students must be 55 years or older by start date in order to enroll in this class.

Learner Outcomes

Examine iPad settings for safety, personalization and personal interests; Explore the iPad calendar setup, including setting important dates, reminders and alarms; Discuss voice recognition features, including SIRI and Google Voice; Explore key apps for iPad, such as Dropbox, Evernote and Google search; Discuss podcast and other informational avenues.
