Course Description

iPhone: Tips, Tricks, and Troubleshooting | Review the many features connected to Apple iPhone. Discover the common issues with an iPhone and the tips and tricks to fix them. Experiment with accessibility settings, syncing with iCloud, and best practices to prevent an issue. Students will practice in small group breakout segments via Zoom. Note: This class is designed for Basic and Intermediate levels.

Learner Outcomes

Identify 10 common problems with iPhones and iOS updates; Explore the configurations required to set up iCloud and discuss procedures to sync an iPhone with iCloud; Experiment with and define the functions of the accessibility settings for an iPhone; Practice steps to reset an iPhone due to overheating and battery malfunction; Recognize the settings, applications and best practices to prevent common iPhone problems.
