Healthy Living for Older Adults | Increase awareness of the health benefits of exercise through dance, including lowering cholesterol, stabilizing blood sugar and lifting endorphins for a greater feeling of well-being. Note: Senior Cycle fee class. Students must be 55 years or older by start date in order to enroll in this class.Learner Outcomes
