Core Stability Techniques 1 | Improve the function of deep trunk muscles for correct alignment of the spine and other stabilization techniques through skills and concepts utilized in Pilates. Note: Senior Cycle fee class. Students must be 55 years or older by start date in order to enroll in this class.Learner Outcomes
