Course Description

Italian Conversation 1 | Build on vocabulary, comprehension and conversational skills gained in Beginning Italian 1 and 2. Develop language skills by beginning with brief sentences increasing in complexity to short dialogues in a relaxing and fun atmosphere. CEUs issued. $183 includes $10 fee.

Learner Outcomes

Practice intermediate level Italian phrases, sentences, and questions focusing on diction and comprehension; Communicate in Italian discussing the weather, directions, hotel and restaurant dialogue, and Italian travel destinations; Demonstrate knowledge of Italian language concepts and idioms; Increase vocabulary and practice Italian language skills by asking and answering questions about travel in Italy and in the Vatican State; Demonstrate an understanding of Italian culture and civilization.
